Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. Should you not be happy with your shades for whatever reason, please let us know and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
